Dubai Maritime City contains 22 strategically located industrial ship repair plots. All plots are strategically located within easy access to dry & wet berths, the ship lift facilities and open sea access.

All industrial (ship-repair) plots are infrastructure ready and can be leased from Dubai Maritime City on a long term basis. A MUSATAHA agreement of 25 years can be created for such plots, with the ability to extend them further.

The plots are most suitable for companies who wish to establish and build their own facilities within Dubai Maritime City.
