DMC breaks ground for 32 workshops and 7 retail units to facilitate the growth of maritime businesses

Dubai Maritime City (DMC) is a purpose-built maritime center owned by DP World that is set to open its doors to 32 state-of-the-art workshops and 7 retail units. With a total area of 96,225 ft², the project aims to provide ample space for businesses in the marine industry to carry out their operations smoothly and efficiently. The workshops, which measure 2,650 ft², and the retail units, which measure 900 ft², are exclusively designed to cater to marine companies.
